If you're running a Remote Desktop Program (RDP) on a Windows computer, please close the program as follows:
- Close the RDP the same way you would any other program on your computer and try login into your HarrahsCasino.com account again.
- If you're still unable to launch HarrahsCasino.com, open your 'Task Manager' by selecting Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard. Click the 'Processes' tab, select your RDP from the displayed list and click 'End Process'.
- On a Mac, open the 'Activity Monitor' from the 'Utilities' folder, find the process and click 'Close'.
