- Some Email Service Providers (ESPs) class our emails as "Spam" and automatically send these to the "Junk Mail" folder. In order to resolve this, add njsupport@harrahscasino.com to your email "Safe List".
- If you continue to experience problems receiving our emails, please consider opening a Gmail account; this has proved to be very popular with many of our players and has one of the highest received email success rates.
- You're able to edit the email address you have registered at WSOP.com through the "My Account" section of our client, as follows:
- Login to your WSOP.com account.
- Click the User icon.
- Select "My Account" followed by "Personal Details".
- Click the "Edit" icon and update your email address accordingly.
- Click the "SAVE" button.
Note: Prior to the changes taking effect, you'll be required to verify the new email address.
