Unfortunately, communication problems over the internet may cause sudden disconnections.
We have designed our software to cope with such incidents in a manner that protects our Members from unjustifiable loss, while eliminating the possibility of intentional disconnection and system abuse.
HarrahsCasino.com Disconnection Policy states that: Should a Member be disconnected when playing, the Member will be automatically prompted to continue the interrupted game upon reconnection to the Casino. If automatic prompting does not occur, the member can click on the icon of the game from which they were disconnected to complete the game.
Continuing a game that was played on a public table will be done on a private table after the reconnection.
The following Disconnection Policy applies to all Member's using Caesars Interactive Entertainment, Inc. games, including BlackJack, Slot Machines, Roulette and Video Poker.
BlackJack:
Should a disconnection occur before pressing the Deal button, but after a bet was placed, your bet will be returned. In all other cases, you will be able to complete the disconnected game after reconnection.
Slot Machines:
Should a disconnection occur before pulling the lever, but after a bet was placed, your bet will be returned. Should a disconnection occur after a bet was placed and the lever has been pulled, the play will continue. After reconnecting you will be able to see whether or not you won your bet in the game's history table.
Roulette:
Should a disconnection occur after you have placed a bet and pressed the spin button, play will continue. After reconnecting you will be able to see whether or not you won your bet in the roulette history table.
Video Poker:
Should disconnection occur after the player has placed money in the Credit Box, but before selecting the amount of coins desired for the next round, the money is returned to the player's Bankroll. Should a disconnection occur after the player has placed a bet, but before clicking the "deal/draw" button, the bet is returned to the player's bankroll. Should a disconnection occur after the player has clicked on the "deal/draw" button, but before the player has selected the cards to be held, you will be able to complete the disconnected game after reconnection.
